Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Patil Web Solutions website and our services. By using this website or engaging us for work, you accept these terms.

2. Services

We provide web development, custom software, AI automation, SEO, digital marketing and related maintenance services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal agreed by both parties. The proposal prevails over these general terms where they conflict.

3. Proposals and payment

  • Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Work typically begins after an advance payment as defined in the proposal; milestones are invoiced as scheduled.
  • Delayed payments may pause work and delay delivery dates.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, access and approvals reasonably required for delivery, and to ensure you have rights to any material you supply to us.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. We retain rights to pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how, which are licensed to you as part of the deliverables. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Warranties and liability

We deliver work with professional care and skill. Except as agreed in writing, services are provided without additional warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Website content

Content on this website is for general information and does not constitute professional advice. Pricing ranges mentioned anywhere on the site are typical industry indications, not quotations.

8. Third-party services

Engagements may involve third-party platforms (hosting, payment gateways, ad networks). Their terms apply to your use of those services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
