The challenge

An educational institution was running admissions, fee collection, attendance and parent communication across paper registers, spreadsheets and personal messaging apps. Admission enquiries arrived from multiple channels with no structured follow-up, fee reminders were sent manually, and teachers carried a heavy administrative load on top of teaching.

The institution also wanted to offer recorded lessons and online assessments without depending on a patchwork of third-party tools.

Our solution

We built a school management system covering admissions, student records, attendance, fee management with online payments and automated receipts, exam management and parent communication — with role-based access for management, staff, teachers, parents and students.

An integrated learning module supports recorded lessons, quizzes and progress tracking by batch, so the institution runs administration and online learning from one platform.

Process

We shadowed the administrative team to document actual workflows before writing code, then delivered the system module by module — admissions and fees first, because that is where the daily pain was greatest. Data migration from existing spreadsheets, staff training and parallel running with the old process ensured a low-risk transition.
